My services are:
- Energy Coaching (healing on 5 levels of the aura), Reiki, energetic cleansing of your aura or your house / surrounding
- Systemic family constellation (Hellinger) Coaching for indivuals or groups*
- Yin Yoga individualized or for small groups. On demand I can add mindful movement (morning routine), and myofascial release (fascia training).
- Sound meditations with singing bowls and other instruments
- Day or weekend retreats containing the above services (on demand for small groups in Utrecht or in Germany).
I charge per minute: 1,60 EUR.
* Systemic Family Constellations for a group: representatives pay 20.00 € per person and the one bringing his/ her own topic pay 160.00 €. Duration ca. 2 – 5 hours, incl. water/ coffee.
